Public Petition For Nurse Unity

To the Officers of NYSNA & CNA,

We urge you to come to an agreement, offered by SEIU members on multiple occasions, to focus on uniting RNs who need a union voice, rather than wasting precious resources on causing further disunity. 

At a time when there are over 2 million nurses without a union, when there is an intense nurse shortage and when 47 million Americans are uninsured, nurse unions should not be interfering in each other's membership or undermining efforts to unite non-union RNs.

We should all be moving forward together to protect our patients, advance our profession and achieve quality, affordable healthcare for all.
