Your work, together with our other member-activists, is key to 1199’s success in electoral politics, workplace organizing, healthcare advocacy, and the fight for funding for our hospitals, nursing homes and the homecare industry. Your work ensures that 1199ers’ voices are heard on the critical issues affecting our families and communities. Your work is why wherever we go, our Union is referred to as the Political Powerhouse.
