1199SEIU Endorsed Candidates

Our union always endorses outstanding candidates who work year-round, helping us make our voices heard in Washington, D.C. and at our state and local capitals. The 2017 endorsed candidates have proven to be champions of our 1199SEIU Action Platform, which was put together with the direction of more than 22,000 members. These candidates have been allies in ensuring good jobs and economic justice, quality health care and social justice and human rights for all. VOTE NO TO CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION!

In the General Election on Tuesday, November 7, we will be voting for our 1199 candidates – and then turning the ballot over to vote on whether New York should hold a convention to change our state constitution. We are voting NO because essential healthcare and social services, and the fundamental rights of working people, could be at risk!
