Palmetto General Hospital Pharmacy Techs were being paid less than other Pharmacy Techs in the area.

How did we solve it together?

The Union Delegates met with Management to bring this issue to their attention and request a raise for Pharmacy Techs.
Management did a market comparison to other hospital wages and confirmed that Pharmacy Techs at Palmetto General Hospital were in fact making less than those at the hospitals surveyed. Then it decided to adjust the salaries for Pharmacy Techs, which resulted in an increase in wages.

What is the result?

The salaries for all Pharmacy Techs were adjusted, which resulted in an increase in wages.
