Please join us on Wednesday, June 8th at 9 to 10:30AM for a zoom presentation of research and recommendations prepared by Pratt Institute's Spring 2022 Housing and Land Use Graduate Planning Studio on a pilot proposal of the Caregiver Affordable Housing for a Resilient Economy (CAHRE) model in Highbridge, Bronx. The CAHRE model addresses the critical needs for permanent affordable housing for low- and moderate-income home care workers, the health care needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities and the development of strong neighborhood-based community health and care infrastructure.
