Albany, NY – Ahead of a State Senate hearing on the minimum wage, workers earning less than $15 an hour will join economists, labor leaders and community groups Thursday to deliver testimony to a Senate Labor Committee.

They’re calling on Senate Republicans to do the right thing and pass a $15 minimum wage proposal backed by Governor Cuomo that would eliminate poverty wages and boost the economy for everyone in New York.
