The Upstate/WNY Division of 1199SEIU is the voice of healthcare employees in western, central, and northern New York State. The region includes more than 23,000 workers at 29 hospitals, 70 long-term care facilities and clinics, a home care agency, a physicians practice, and a business clerical group. Members of 1199SEIU's Upstate/WNY division work in 26 counties throughout Upstate New York, from the Adirondacks to Niagara Falls, and include registered nurses, hospital workers, professionals, nursing home workers, and home care.
