Boy, oh boy, does 1199 know how to throw a party!
Held at the Sheraton Hotel Times Square in New York City, our union’s 2013 holiday party was nothing less than fabulous. Delegates from all over came together; we each brought a toy part of a union toy drive for underprivileged children.

A few of my E800 colleagues and I attended our first 1199SEIU leadership conference, and, boy, was it more than we could have hoped for! The location at National Harbor was beautiful. The food, fellowships, speakers, and workshops were all excellent! We all walked away feeling enlightened as to how we make things happen with our union and energized to keep our workplace moving forward.
